​Cancellation policies

The reservation cannot be cancelled free of charge. If the reservation is made 7 or more days from the day of check-in, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The balance is required 7 days before the day of check-in. If the reservation is made within 7 days from the day of check-in, the balance of the total amount, non-refundable, is required at the time of booking. If the credit card is not covered or there is a delay in payment of more than 12 hours, the advance will be definitively forfeited and not returned, and the reservation cancelled.
